This Bulgarian property investment development is situated in a quiet area between Sunny Beach and the green south slopes of the Balkans to the resort of Kosharitza. The complex is situated on an elevation of land which affords stunning views of the mountain range, the Bay of Sunny Beach and Nessebar. This wonderful place to the west of Sunny Beach – the pearl of the Bulgarian Black Sea is just 5 miles away from the romantic and ancient town of Nessebar, 20 miles away from the airport and 25 miles away from Burgas – our biggest south Black Sea town.

The Complex consists of apartment houses and offers a unique opportunity to property purchasers wishing to enjoy their investment whilst ensuring maximum capital growth and high rental income in this luxury exclusive villa region. The magnificent project features unique VIP homes within luxury residential buildings. The different residential sections are strategically placed on different levels above the ground one being higher than the previous thus offering the apartments delightful panoramic views towards the sea and the mountain. Following the new building tendencies we offer you modern architecture with a typical marine feel – mass glazing facades that create sunny and comfortable houses.

The complex is an outstanding bouquet of elegant and brilliantly conceived apartments with unifying architectural style and stunning design, each providing a unique atmosphere. Internally the apartments will be created to fit the demands of a modern holiday home, providing a variety of layouts designed to cater for a range of lifestyles including variations such as open-plan kitchens, spacious living rooms, elegant good-sized bedrooms and luxurious family bathrooms. The apartments are delivered finished but not furnished. Construction is done from bricks and ferroconcrete. Electric installation, water-supply installation and sewerage installation are completed. The buildings will have external thermo-insulation and hydro-insulation (foundations, walls and roofs).

The traditional Bulgarian architecture is represented by the natural Bulgarian stone that all facade walls of the houses are covered in half way through. In addition to that wooden panels complete the exterior and they represent the latest modern architectural design. The architecture also incorporates modern techniques such as glass terraces with luxurious wooden parapets and large windows in all rooms. Finally, the typical sloped red tile roofs give a charming finish to the buildings.
