Property Description

This property is very spacious as far as ski apartments are usually concerned. The internal floor space measures approximately 60 square metres plus there is a separate large double bedroom as well as a beautifully tiled bathroom with enclosed glass shower unit. The main living space is open-plan as you would expect with a very well-fitted kitchenette containing all of the requisite modern conveniences that any ski holidaymaker would require for preparing meals and snacks. The wood-effect flooring adds to the warmth and cosiness of the property. The pale coloured walls and the darker wooden cabinets and furniture (including dining table and chairs) make for a pleasant and interesting contrast to the light wooden flooring, plus it makes for a very practical solution as far as cleaning and maintenance are concerned, yet still looks contemporary and cosy. This apartment is a corner unit, thus benefits from dual aspect views out of the modern double-glazed windows. The property has a very bright and airy feel to it. The main bedroom is a good size with large double bed plus matching headboard and assorted bedroom cabinets and furniture. The bathroom is ultra modern and benefits from that all-essential enclosed shower - perfect for warming up Apres Ski! Another nice feature is all of the amenities that the building has to offer like the gymnasium and of course the wonderful indoor heated pool with large poolside area and sun loungers. This is a nice apartment in a compact but well laid out building with excellent bar & restaurant facilities, along with ski shop and all not too far from the ski slopes, thus makes this a perfect bolt-hole retreat for those winter breaks.
