Central Plaza is a well kept development and is very close to the best restaurant in Sunny Beach, D Jannie and is close to shops and bars. This 5th Floor apartment is in a 5 floor high development, I have owned the property for around 7 years and the only owner, I have used it from time to time and never rented it, so its in good condition. comprises of one double bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe. The bedroom opens onto the large balcony , the lounge doubles as a 2nd bedroom with a double sofa bed, and units for storage. The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge freezer, hotplates. a table with seating for 4. This room also leads onto the balcony. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and bar. The toilet is a good size with a bath come shower, inside the toilet is the water tank. There is a small hallway at the entrance with mirror and unit for shoes.
