The process of buying an apartment is very simple • You simply tell us whether you require a studio, one bedroom or two bedroom apartment. We will then send you the floor plans offering you the widest choice of your preferred property that is still available at that time.

You then choose which apartment you feel suits you best and we will send you photographs of that exact apartment  which highlight the view from your apartment.

Studio apartments start at €165 per month and can be paid over a 12 year period at this fixed price. This will be a total payment of €23,760. You can reduce your monthly payment or the time period by paying a deposit however it is not an absolute requirement.
