As our recent photographs show, this is a very smart property indeed, not just in terms of decor and lovely furnishings, but also too the trendy and colourful nature of the main building complex itself, as well as the beuatiful gardens and swimming pool area. The high standard of the exterior part of this complex should not be overlooked by any prospective buyer. Another nice feature of this development is that it is low-rise, plus this particular property is located on the third floor, so very few apartments are above it - this is a big selling feature for the Eastern European & Russian buyers. The interior condition of this property is immaculate and it comes to the market 'as is' that is fully-furnished and ready to move into. The interior is really bright and clean looking with pale coloured walls, wooden doors and door-frames as well as a combination of floor tiles in the entrance hall and bathroom to wood-effect laminate flooring in the main living areas such as the TV/Sitting room, dining aream kitchen and bedroom. The bathroom is fully-tiled of course, with darker floor tiles, then a two-tone mix of constrasting wall tiles, all the way up to the ceiling. So really easy to clean and maintain yet quite plush looking too at the same time, yet strictly functional with a solid corner shower unit. The main bedroom is really nice and bright, almost minimalistic looking with regard to the double bed, walls and drapes, until one sees the beautiful dresser with vanity mirror and matching light-wooden free standing wardrobes also with full length mirror too. There is even a door accessing the balcony from the bedroom as well. Thoroughly modern and airy would be an apt description for this property. The kitchen area is very functional and nicely recessed thus maximising the floor space for dining table and chairs as well as the rest of the main living/sitting room, which has a sofa, coffee tbale, TV stand and drawer cabinets also. All in all, this is a lovely smart apartment in great condition that is reasonably spacious as far as one-bedroom properties go, so it should easily be sufficient to accommodate 4-adults or a small family when sofa-beds are factored into the equation.
