Property Description

This is a ground floor studio apartment measuring 24.9 square metres internally with its own private entrance. This apartment is very modern indeed and is finished to a very high standard with beautiful dark wood fixtures and fittings, including wooden internal doors. It has the feel of a proper chalet experience. The studio is perfect for couples who wish to prepare light meals and snacks and of course there is a large communal kicthen and extensive dining facilities also on the ground floor of this building, so best of both worlds really. There is a dark wood drop-leaf dining table that matches the kitchen cabinet, yet folds down when not in use to maximise living space. The decor is neutral and bright and is complimented by the wood effect flooring. As our recent photographs show, there is a beautiful fully-tiled bathroom in autumn brown colours with fantastic corner shower head as well as large window providing lots of natural light. All in all, this is a very cosy property that makes for an ideal ski apartment - minimum fuss and low maintenance, all for the price of a used car!

Bansko is Bulgaria's number one ski resort and has the longest ski and snow boarding season of all the Bulgarian ski resorts, which runs from the 15th December - 15th April. The town of Bansko is located 925 metres above sea level and the skiing area is at 2000-2600 metres. The Pirin Mountains has a real alpine character and its highest peak in the area is Vihren at 2,914 metres. Although largely a ski resort, the local council has been very effective in developing the area as an all year resort. So whether you enjoy some of the activities listed or just relax in the comfort of our apartment you are guaranteed to have a memorable summer and winter break. The Pirin Mountains are rich in wildlife, flora and fauna. The valleys of the Struma and Mesta rivers ensure that the summer months are warm with the highest number of sunny days of any mountain area in the country. Pure water tarns and wildflowers abound in the highland valleys and the unique ecosystem is home to a number of rare plant species such as the Edelweiss. The beauty of the Pirin Mountains is why so many visitors are now experiencing them during the spring, summer and autumn months, with temperatures averaging 30 Celsius during the long summer months.
