This is a lovely large 1-bedroom property situated in Block C of the Sunset Resort with a balcony facing the street side as opposed to the beach or sea side of the resort. This apartment is spacious at 62 square metres of internal floor space and comes to the market in immaculate condition with a full furniture pack, so ready to move into immediately. Sunset Resort is a very well known development and is considered to be one of the premier holiday resorts favoured by tourists on this part of the Black Sea coast and Pomorie is also one of the best resort locations thanks to the amazing beaches there. The interior design of this apartment is in keeping with all Sunset Resort properties, namely; classic contemporary styling with tiled flooring neutral wall colourings and dark wooden furniture, including dark oak style kitchen cabinets. Even the headboards and cabinets, lockers and wardrobe maintain this consistent theme throughout. The bathroom is tiled from floor-to-ceiling in a classic two-tone brown and beige colour, has additional chrome fittings as well as white porcelain units. This is first and foremost an exceedingly large and spacious property given that it measures approximately 136 square metres internally (as big as many western European houses, nevermind a holiday resort apartment).and it shows when one views the recent photographs attached. There is a very large and spacious inner hallway area with additional storage cabinets, plus this reception hallway separates the main rooms in the property from each other, which is itself a nice feature. The bathroom is simply enormous and is fully-tiled from floor-to-ceiling with full bathtub, separate tiled shower cubicle and a further space for wash basin plus vanity wall mirror (it is quite easy to imagine more than one person using these facilities at the same time). The bedrooms are reasonably large with one room hosting twin single beds, whilst the master bedroom has a large double bed as well as all of the requisite bedroom furniture including bedside lockers, wardrobe etc. The decor is quite simple and totally neutral with pale brown or pale yellow wall colourings, tiled floors in the main living spaces and contrasting drapes. The main living room is open-plan housing a large fitted kitchen as well as dining area and of course sofas, chairs and coffee table and TV stand in the rest of this large space. Naturally with a room of this size, there is adequate additional sleeping capacity, not to mention the extra bed in the master bedroom, all adds up to a possibility of accommodating 6-8 adults or a very large family. This key feature should be borne in mind when it comes to rental income potential too, as it is always easier to rent a larger property. The kitchen has all of the modern conveniences that you'd expect to find on any kitchen anywhere, including a modern oven/hob as well as an integrated fridge/freezer that blends in nicely with the rest of the wooden kitchen cabinets.
