This is an extremely spacious and large two bedroom property measuring approximately 93.8 square metres internally (more than 1,000 square feet), which as far as 2-bed apartments run along the Black Sea coast, it would be fair to say that this is one of the larger ones. Another plus feature is the fact that it is located on the fourth floor which is a highly prized facet as far as the typical Russian or Eastern European buyer is concerned. The interior specification of the Emerald Paradise complex is very high and could be described as contemporary classic; with marble-effect tiled flooring in the main living spaces complimented by dark wooden doors and door frames and of course neutral (magnolia or off-white) wall colourings. All make for a very pleasing aesthetic experience. The bathroom is quite luxurious, similar to what you would see in a four or five star hotel, it is fully tiled in a pale brown & white colour, there is a full bathtub with shower head and shower rail and curtain and white ceramic/porcelain units, and a similar floor tile. There is a hot water wall tank in the bathroom that is electric and ensures a plentiful supply of hot water when needed. The bedrooms are large with double beds, dark wooden cabinets and bedside lockers as well as a free standing closet. Wall colourings are similar to the rest of the property, as is the tiled floor and the contrasting drapes. There is a very bright and clean look to these particular properties, plus of course they have been designed with minimum maintenance as a functional requirement. The main living space is the heart of the apartment with all doors leading off of this room. It has a dining table with chairs, sofa and a TV stand/cabinet as well as a coffee table.
