With the ski-runs on its doorsteps and easy accessibility at the same time, Laplandia Apartment Complex boasts an excellent position in Pamporovo – one of the most famous mountain resorts in Bulgaria.

Very well built and finished, the basement, first and second floors of the luxury Laplandia development are imbedded in the slope of the mountain - four more storeys rise above. Two noiseless elevators provide easy access to the apartments. There is an indoor parking-lot in the basement and a fully equipped fitness centre, sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi and a massage cabin. Well-trained staff take care of the maintenance and cleaning of the shared parts, snow cleaning etc. There are phenomenal panoramic views to the mountain slopes and Snezhanka Peak. There is direct access from the complex to the ski runs and facilities of the resort. In addition, Lapland offers easy access to the center of Pamporovo and the nearby lively town of Smolyan.

Known as the most aristocratic winter resort of Bulgaria, Pamporovo provides an irresistible selection of top quality restaurants, fashionable après ski bars, shopping, leisure and sporting facilities. The excellent skiing conditions, the specific atmosphere of the magnificent Rhodopi Mountain and the hospitality of the local people are only some of the reasons that make tourists return time after time. The resort is dominated by the magestic Snezhanka Tower which is accessed via the chair lift from the mid-station ski area. The panoramic bar of the Snezhanka tower, at 2,030m above sea level, is a must visit. From here you can also arrange skiing lessons and hire ski equipment, ski-doos and book husky sledge rides. If you tire from the skiing, there is a wide range of excursions to choose from - these include nature activity and rambles, trekking, paintballing, horse riding, hot springs spa therapy, Trigrad and the Devil’s Cave, trips to the Observatory, the Seven Wonderful Bridges and many more.

Pamporovo has an exclusive microclimate, featuring a mild winter with about 120 sunny days during the skiing period. The skiing season starts from mid December and lasts until mid April. The average air temperature is -3 ° C. The gentle profile of the mountain with its rounded slopes and summits makes Pamporovo particularly suitable for beginners. But there are also difficult ski runs like the Giant Slalom run which offers a challenge even for the expert skier. The ski runs are maintained to a high standard and there are more than 100 highly qualified ski instructors, fluent in different languages to teach both beginners and intermediate skiers and snowboarders alike. During out-of-ski seasons Pamporovo and the surrounding area provide a wide range of activities and excursions. The area is ideal for walking and treking and off-road trips, horse riding, nature trips and provide a host photographic opportunities and places of interest, particularly up in the ‘mountains of Orpheus’, as some call the Rhodopes. This is the only resort where the lifts work during the summer. The nearby holiday resorts, Progled, Momchilovtsi, Gela and Stoykite and Shiroka Laka are also within easy reach.

This is a lovely apartment in an impressive complex with quality finishes and fitting-out. There is a fireplace, elegant bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, telephone and Internet outlet and cable TV outlets in each room. If you have always dreamed of waking up to the smell of pine trees and having your own holiday home, or even want to let it to the holiday rental market occassionally, then this is your apartment!
