Property description

This is a very spacious ski property at 59.29 square metres of internal floor space plus an additional 20.43 square metres of communal area, resulting in a total size of some 79.79 square metres. This ski apartment is fully-furnished and has 1 large double bedroom, 1 bathroom as well as an open-plan living-cum-dining room with adjacent kitchen. This apartment can easily accommodate up to 4 people, especially when airbeds or sofa-beds are utilsed. Another plus with this apartment is the long balcony, not to mention all of the facilities and amenities that this ski development has to offer such as pool and spa. Since this development is only a few years old, the property condition is excellent and of course this apartment is ready to move into as it is being sold fully-furnsihed. The interior decor is very good with modern fixtures and fittings as well as wood-effect laminate flooring, white or neutral coloured walls, so a very contemporary yet warm feel to this property. The kitchen area is adjacent to the main living/dining room and includes wooden cabinets, dark worktops and of course includes all of the usual modern conveniences that the most demanding of holidaymakers would expect to see in a modern fitted kitchen. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a covered shower. There is a separate bedroom with a large double bed, which is nice as many ski properties are typically studio apartments. At this price point, this ski property is priced competitively, especially when one considers the asking price on a price-per-square metre basis, therefor this apartment would make either an ideal investment property or a great place to use for winter breaks.
